Item Title:Set Workshop to Discuss Parks Operation & Maintenance

Background:

The County entered into a contract with Barth Associates, LLC, to conduct a study of the County's Parks & Recreation facilities.

 

Staff is requesting the Board to set a Workshop for Dr. Barth to present his finding and to to discuss long-term planning for park operations and maintenance. A Workshop was previously scheduled for July 8th, however had to be cancelled due to a conflict.

 

Staff has confirmed that Dr. Barth is available on Monday, September 9th at 4:00 p.m. and respectfully requests the Board to schedule a Workshop that date/time.
