Background:
Staff has prepared a resolution for Engineering staff to sign permit applications for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Should additional agencies request a resolution; staff will bring that resolution to the Board for consideration.
Request:
Approve a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, authorizing certain County Officials to sign applications for Florida Department of Environmental Protection Permits.

Staff recommends that the Board adopt the attached resolution authorizing staff to sign permit applications for the above referenced agencies and submit the resolutions FDEP
