Background:
On March 28, 2016 Ordinance 2016-02, known as the "Nassau County Comprehensive Impact Fee Ordinance" was adopted. It has become necessary to amend Appendix E to the Nassau County Code of Ordinances Entitled Comprehensive Impact Fee Ordinance specifically repealing and replacing Article II entitled Parks and Recreational Facilities Impact Fee. (Recommended Public Hearing Date: October 14, 2019)
