Background:

7.01 - Military Leave, of the Nassau County Policies and Procedures Manual was originally effective November 1, 2013.  

 

Since that time Florida Statute 115.07 has been amended to require two-hundred-forty (240) hours of paid time off for absences connected to reserve or guard training in any one annual period.  

Request:
Approve updates to the Employee Policies and Procedures, Section 7.01, Military Leave.
