Florida Statute, Chapter 116.21, Unclaimed Moneys, states that the Clerk of Courts must publish a list of unclaimed court related monies by the Clerk in his official capacity, which unclaimed monies came into his handles prior to January 2, 2018, for which a claim has not been made. According to Statute, this advertisement must be done prior to September 1st of the same calendar year or in this case, September 1, 2019.
