Item Title:Amendment to the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement

Background:

During a regular session of the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners held August 12, 2019 the Board approved and authorized the Chairman to sign the Amendment to the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement.

 

FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) has notified Engineering Services that the incorrect Amendment Agreement was approved and signed.  The corrected agreement is attached.  The first cover page refers to "Attachment 1".  The updated cover page refers to "Exhibit A".  The reimbursement amount has not changed.

 

Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign corrected cover page for the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation, Contract No. CM2302-A4, approved at the August 12, 2019 meeting.
