| | | | | | | | Background: | This Annual Rate Resolution levies assessments on all commercial and residential properties within the South Amelia Island Shore Stabilization Municipal Service Benefit Unit (SAISS-MSBU). The 2019-20 Maintenance Assessment supports required Monitoring, Operating and Design/permitting expenses for FY20. The SAISSA Board of Trustees recommended approval the Annual Rate Resolution and the Levy of $378,933.
