Item Title:Request to Approve Access and Utility Easement with Okefenokee Rural Electric

Background:

The Crawford Road resurfacing and widening project requires Okefenokee Rural Electric to relocate their utilities to allow for the road construction improvements.

The attached agreement allows Okefenokee Rural Electric a utility easement for ingress and egress, and the installation and maintenance of utility wires, poles, cables, conduits, and pipes over, across, under, or on the Easement Parcel.

Exhibit A is attached and provides a legal description of the easement.

Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign an Access and Utility Easement Agreement, Contract No. CM2722, for relocation of Okefenokee Utilities due tot he Crawford Road Resurfacing and Widening Project.

Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve the Access and Utility Easement between Nassau County and Okefenokee Rural Electric Membership Corporation (CM 2722), and authorize the Chairman to sign the easement.
