The construction of Flora Parke Phases 6A and 7A is complete, and the maintenance period for each phase has been met. A brief summary is provided below.
Flora Parke Phase 6A
November 25, 2013 - Construction began
March 26, 2014 - Plat accepted
September 25, 2014 Seda Construction's Maintenance Period began, and maintenance bond was secured in the amount of $238,321.80.
August 21, 2019 - Engineering Services and Road Department staff inspected the roadways and infrastructure and found the project acceptable per Ordinance 99-17.
Flora Parke 7A
July 9, 2015 Construction began
December 7, 2015 - Construction accepted and Seda Construction's maintenance period began. A maintenance bond in the amount of $70,111.15 was secured.
January 14, 2016 - Plat accepted
August 21, 2019 - Engineering Services and Road Department staff inspected the roadways and infrastructure and found the project acceptable per Ordinance 99-17.
The plat language for Flora Parke 6A and Flora Parke 7A dedicates the roadways and infrastructure to the County. The County will need to accept the roadways and infrastructure for maintenance.
