| | | | | | | | | Background: | On August 6, 2019 five bids (NC19-016) were received for Engineering Design Services of the William Burgess Extension Project. The bids were opened on August 7, 2019. The evaluation committee met on September 16, 2019 to formulate a recommendation. The consensus of the committee is to recommend the top ranked firm GAI Consultants, and request the Board to approve the ranking and authorize negotiations with GAI Consultants.
