| | | | | | | | | Background: | Staff received a request from the Fernandina Beach Police Department requesting consideration of a “No Left Turn” sign at the Car-Rider entrance of Southside Elementary School on Lime Street in Fernandina Beach. Staff have reviewed the request and recommend a “No Left Turn” sign to be posted. It is also recommended that the No Left Turn be in effect during the hours of 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday.
