| | | | | | | | Background: | Nassau County has requested funding from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) via a State Funded Grant agreement for the William Burgess Extension project from US 17 to Miner Road. The agreement requires design to be completed by December 30, 2020 and the construction to be completed by December 31, 2023. This agreement is in the amount of $1,000,000 and may fund right of way land acquisition, design, construction and construction engineering of the project.
It is recommended that the BOCC authorize the Chairman to sign the FDOT State Funded Grant Agreement and authorize Engineering Services staff to utilize the DocuSign program to electronically sign on behalf of the Chairman.
