| | | | | | | | Background: | Florida Statute 218.36 requires the County's Constitutional Officers to provide an annual financial report to the Board of County Commissioners within 31 days of the close of the fiscal year. | Request: | Annual Financial Reports submitted by the Nassau County Constitutional Officers are for informational purposes only; however 1) consider approving $19,488 of residual equity from the Clerk of Court to be placed in the FY19/20 Clerk budget for installation of new audio visual equipment in the Commission chambers purchased in FY18/19; 2) consider approving $527,975.35 of residual equity from the Sheriff to be placed in a capital reserve fund for the purpose of constructing a public safety training center as outlined in Contract CM2233.
