Item Title:	Local 3101 Collective Bargaining Agreement Ratification

Background:
The current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Local 3101 expired on September 30, 2019. Staff has finished negotiations and is presenting a new CBA for October 1, 2019 thru September 30, 2022 that has been tentatively agreed to for the Board's review and ratification.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Labor Agreement with Nassau County Fire-Rescue Professionals Local 3101, Contract No. CM26762.

Request Board of County Commissioners approval to ratify the L3101 Collective Bargaining Agreement effective 10/01/2019.
