| | | | | | | | | Background: | On July 24, 2019 five bids were received for Professional Engineering Inspection Services for CR 115 Roadway Improvements. The bids were opened on July 25, 2019 and the results were evaluated/scored and ranked. On September 23, 2019 the evaluation committee’s recommendation to negotiate with the top ranked firm, CDM Smith, for Professional Engineering Inspection Services was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
Negotiations were held on October 25, 2019. Staff requests A Total Limiting Amount of
$999,785.52 for CEI Services be approved with CDM Smith for the CR 115 resurfacing project.
