Background:
The Nassau County BOCC owns 160 acres of land located southwest of William Burgess Blvd. The intent is to create a governmental campus that serves as the epicenter of civic life for Nassau County. Currently, there remains 110 acres undeveloped. Staff would like to request use of Impact Fees from the Administrative Impact Fee Fund to develop a master plan for the entire 160-acre land holding that will guide development of the governmental campus.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Financial Action Form for the use of Administrative Impact Fees to develop a master plan for 160 acres of County owned property southeast of William Burgess Boulevard.
