Item Title:Workshop for Ordinance 99-17 Proposed Revisions

Background:

Engineering Services has been working with a committee that was formed to consider ordinance revisions that will reflect the County's growth and be a benefit to citizens and the County.

 

Revisions to Ordinance 99-17 includes Easements & Access, Driveways, and Lot Grading.  The proposed revisions are outlined in the attached documents and staff is asking the Board to consider these revisions be presented in a Public Hearing.

Request:

9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as matter may be heard: Workshop to discuss Ordinance 99-17, Roadway and Drainage Standards.  (At conclusion of workshop, reconvene and set a Public Hearing to consider revisions to Ordinance 99-17 Roadway and Drainage Standards).
