| | | | | | | | Background: | Engineering Services and Planning and Economic Development staff have been working with Equusis, LLC to prepare a Transportation Impact Analysis that can be used as a guideline for all new development and redevelopment within the County. The purpose of the guidelines is to streamline development review and approval while promoting adequate traffic analyses.
