Item Title:Acceptance of Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines

Background:

Engineering Services and Planning and Economic Development staff have been working with Equusis, LLC to prepare a Transportation Impact Analysis that can be used as a guideline for all new development and redevelopment within the County.  The purpose of the guidelines is to streamline development review and approval while promoting adequate traffic analyses.

Approve a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, accepting the Transportation Impact Analysis by Equuis, LLC.

Action Requested and Recommendation:

Accept the guidelines within the Transportation Impact Analysis dated October 2019 and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution incorporating the guidelines as County policy.
