| | | | | | | | | Background: | : Staff received bids in August 2019 for the Engineering Design Services of the William Burgess extension project, and the evaluation committee met in September to formulate a recommendation. On October 14, 2019 the Board approved the evaluation committee’s recommendation to negotiate with GAI Consultants for the Engineering and Design Services and return to the Board with a contract for consideration.
