The Board of County Commissioners in Ordinance 2019-25 adopted and updated the Comprehensive Impact Fee Ordinance and has found it necessary, and in the best interest of the citizens of Nassau County, to amend Ordinance 2019-25.

Consideration of an Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, regarding Impact Fees; amending Ordinance No. 2019-25 of the Nassau County Code of Ordinance entitled Comprehensive Impact Fee Ordinance, specifically amending Section 2.01, Entitled Definitions Application to Park and Recreation Impact Fees; amending Section 2.04 entitled Use of Monies; providing for severability, conflicts, liberal construction, and providing an effective date.
