| | | | | | | | Background: | On June 28, 2004, the Board adopted Ordinance 2004-31 creating the "Driver Education Safety Trust Fund" and levying an additional $3 civil traffic penalty to be used for driver education safety programs in Nassau County public schools. Penalty amount was increased to $5 pursuant to Ordinance 2006-71. Report attached is presented to the Board in compliance with the reporting requirement of said Ordinance for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 activity. | Request: | Informational purposes only, in accordance with Ordinance 2004-31, as amended: Driver Education Safety Trust Fund activity for FY 2018/2019.
