| | | | | | | | | Background: | | At a Special Meeting held on December 4, 2019, County Manager/County Attorney, Mike Mullin, notified the Board of County Commissioners regarding a recent IRS Audit and new regulations that indicate individuals contracted by the County for services must become County employees and receive a W2 for taxing purposes. One of the contracted positions being affected is the Special Magistrate position for the Court System.
