Item Title:Resolution Amending Resolution 2005-67 Outlining Ordinances that the Code Enforcement Board Has Authority to Hold Hearing on and Impose Fines for Violations

Background:
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 99-02, Section 8, the Chairman of the Code Enforcement Board shall indicate to the Board of County Commissioners the ordinances that the Code Enforcement Board requests authority to hold hearing and impose fines.  It is requested that Section 8 be amended to include the Ordinance prohibiting simulated gambling devices. (Resolution to be considered after Tabs L and M)
Request:

Consider a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, pursuant to Ordinance No. 99-02, as amended, amending Resolution No. 2002-192, as amended by 2003-34, as amended by 2005-67, as amended, that indicates those Ordinances that the Code Enforcement Board has authority to hold hearings on and impose fines for violations; providing an effective date. (Resolution to be considered after Tabs L and M)
