| | | | | | | | Background: | Engineering Services and the Road Department have been working together to create specifications for determining the use of Chip Seal materials on dirt roads. The specifications will include the evaluation of road conditions, materials selection, testing and verification of the use of Chip Seal on Nassau County dirt roads.
