Item Title:Correction for Deletions Approved at January 13th meeting

Background:

At the January 13, 2020 meeting, the Board approved and authorized the Chairman to sign two deletion from inventory forms for Fire/Rescue vehicles that have reached life expectancy. The Deletion Forms that were provided and signed by the Chairman were for Assets 6970 (2013 Freightliner) and 5077 (2006 Chevy Tahoe). The background of the agenda item and a memo from Chief Rigdon erroneously referenced Asset 6605 (a 2011 Ford F350) which is actually included in a Finance Package coming to the Board on February 10th. This agenda item is to make a correction for the record that the two items approved for deletion on January 13th were Assets 6970 and 5077.
