FD18-012 is the final development plan for Phase 1 and 2 of the Concourse Crossing PUD ( adopted in Ord. 2019-18), allowing for 105 single-family residential units and 38 townhome units and associated infrastructure on the north and south sides of Amelia Concourse, west of Old Nassauville Road between Frank Ward Road and Terra Cotta Lane.

Request:

Consider FD18-012, the final development plan for Phase 1 and 2 of the Concourse Crossing Planned Unit Development, filed by Southport Financial Services, Inc. owner, and Prosser, Inc., agent for owner, to construction 105 single-family residential units and 38 townhome units and associated infrastructure. Property is located on the northwest and southwest corner of Amelia Concourse, Fernandina Beach areas. Staff recommends approval.
