Background:

Section 1. Findings, in recently adopted Ordinance No. 2019-03, erroneous references the “Nassau Crossing PUD”. This reference is a scrivener’s error. The reference to “Nassau Crossing PUD” needs to be modified to “Three Rivers PUD”

This ordinance acknowledges the need to address the scrivener’s error and make the necessary modification.

All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2019-03 are correct and remain in full force and effect.

Request:

Consider an Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, correcting a scrivener’s error in Ordinance No. 2019-03, which amended Ordinance No. 2006-68, which rezoned and reclassified property to a zoning classification of Planned Unit Development (PUD) known as “Three Rivers”; providing an effective date.
