Background:

On January 3, 2019, the Board approved to retain County Attorney, Michael Mullin, for the position of County Manager and directed him to create a succession plan.

 

Staff has been internally analyzing the structure of the County Manager's Office and has identified slight changes that could improve efficiency and delivery of services. Staff will provide an overview and seek direction from the Board.
