FD19-005 is the final development plan for Phase 1C, segments 1 and 2 of the Amelia National PUD (Ord. 2000-05, as amended), allowing for 91 single-family residential and associated infrastructure on the north and east sides of Amelia Concourse, west of CR107 Old Nassauville Road.

Due to concerns regarding the timing of opening the required secondary entrance to the Amelia National PUD, the Planning & Zoning Board continued this item to its March 24, 2020 meeting.
