| | | | | | | | | Background: | Olsen Associates, Inc. Coastal Engineering Contract CM1852-A1 requires individual Task Orders. This task order is for a Yr-9 Physical Monitoring of the Engineered Beach Nourishment Project.
| | Request: | | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Task Order No. 38 for Olsen Associates, Inc., to provide 2020 Year-9 Physical Monitoring of the Engineered Beach Renourishment Project. Funding Source: 43600539 531383. | | Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens: | Funds for this Task are included in FY 2020 budget and come entirely form the MSBU Maintenance Assessment. There will have no impact on the general citizenry of Nassau County since all funds are collected from the property owners within the SAISS-MSBU. No Ad Valorem Tax revenues are used for the SAISS Project. However, this Task is eligible for State reimbursement estimated at 43.03 % of the eligible task or approximately $43,374.24 that when funded will reduce future assessments of the MSBU.
