Background:
The Council on Aging provides meals for seniors. The demand for meals has grown significantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The COA has partnered with several local restaurants to provide additional meals to meet the demand. Attached is a Budget Transfer in the amount of $100,000 to assist with the restaurant meals partnership.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Budget Transfer in the amount of $100,000 to contribute to the Council on Aging for their restaurant meals partnership.
