Item Title:Repairs and Replacements for NAU Water Utility

Background:
The Board has a contract with Florida Government Utility Authority (FGUA) for management operation, including maintenance and system improvements. Attached is a Budget Transfer to cover expenses incurred for various projects including fire hydrant repairs, valve replacement, lift station replacements, meter upgrades, and more. 
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Budget Transfer totaling $356,573 for expenses incurred by the Florida Government Utility Authority (FGUA) for various Nassau Amelia Utility improvements.
