Item Title:Appointment to Code Enforcement Board

Background:

The Code Enforcement Board consists of seven (7) members and their appointments varies from one (1) year to three (3) year terms. The term of Mimi Vitale expires in June 2020. Ms. Vitale represents District 4 and would like to be re-appointed for another term.

 

Please see attached email requesting to be re-appointed.

Request:
Consider reappointment of Mimi Vitale as the District 4 representative on the Code Enforcement Board for a three year term ending June 2023.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
Mileage reimbursement that was approved in the FY 19/20 budget.
Action Requested and Recommendation:

Requesting the BOCC to re-appoint Ms. Vitale to represent to represent District 4 for an additional three year term ending June 2023.
