Item Title:	Consideration of Proposed Roads to be Double Chip Sealed

Background:
Engineering Services and Road Department staff held a workshop with the Board of County Commissioners in January this year, which provided information that has been used to create specifications for determining the use of Chip Seal materials on dirt roads. The specifications include the evaluation of road conditions, materials selection, testing, and verification of the use of Chip Seal on Nassau County dirt roadways. After use of the established evaluation criteria, staff have determined the Double Chip Seal application will best be used on the list of roads attached. Staff requests the Board’s consideration and approval of the listed roads.

Discuss/consider proposed list of roads for double chip seal.

Consider the proposed list of roads and approve staff to move forward with the use of Double Chip Seal on these County roadways.
