| | | | | | | | | Background: | On October 14, 2019, the Board entered into a an agreement with the Florida Government Utility Authority (FGUA) to provide management operation of Nassau Amelia Utilities, and to provide maintenance and system improvements education and recommendations for long range sustainability. The original term of the agreement was from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, with an option to extend upon mutual agreement of both parties.
Staff recommends extending the contract an additional sixty (60) days, for the term of July 1, 2020 through August 30, 2020.
