The Insurance Committee recommended the BOCC move forward with obtaining quotes for an online Benefit Administration System. On May 13,2020 The Bailey group brought forth to the Insurance Committee the quotes they obtained for an online Benefit Administration System. The Insurance Committee voted and recommended that the BOCC approve a new contract with Plan Source for our online benefits administration system based on the Bailey Groups recommendation. Human Resources requests approval to contract for an online benefits enrollment system. |

The implementation fee will be: $12,350
The cost per eligible member per month will be: $1.50 X 895 eligible members
The expense for this program for BOCC employees is currently budgeted in Human Resources' budget. Constitutional Offices will reimburse the board as invoices are paid. |
