| | | | | | | | | Background: | In February 2020, the County Manager authorized requesting bids for Owen Farm Road Culvert Replacement Project. On Wednesday, April 22, 2020, nine (9) bids were received (Tab A) in response to the Invitation to Bid for Owen Farm Road Culvert Replacement Project. Upon evaluation of the bids received, Jax Utilities Management Inc. was the lowest bid received, $89,429.54. Staff recommends Jax Utilities Management Inc be awarded the Owen Farm Road Culvert Replacement Project (CM2867, Tab B).
Time Line: Staff anticipates starting the project July 2020 (Project Duration of 60 Days) and anticipated completion September 2020.
