Background:

Consider request from Mr. William A. Napert for a Reduction of Penalty for property located at 85487 Ashely Ave, Yulee (Case 19-4431)

 

William A. Napert is requesting that you waive the fine amounting to $6,250.00.

Staff is recommending that the fine be waived. The administrative fees have been paid in full. There were two liens on the property.

  1. Case #18-814 was for non-payment of administrative fees $354.65 - received payment on May 11, 2020 and the lien has been released.
  2. Case # 19-4431 for fine and non-payment of administrative fees $374.96 - received payment of $374.96 on May 11, 2020.
  3. The two administrative fees equal $729.61,  which is the amount Mr. Napert requested the penalty to be reduced to.  Please refer to table in background section.
