Background:
Public Works Director, Doug Podiak, has been exploring the option of contracting mowing services. Having an outside organization provide mowing in the rights-of-ways will provide maintenance workers in the Road Dept. additional time to spend on other activities such as road grading and maintenance, ditch/culvert cleaning, drainage projects, etc. Mr. Podiak will provide a presentation to the Board on his findings.
