Background:
The construction of Flora Parke Phase 6B has been completed and the maintenance period has been met. A timeline has been summarized for informational purposes: Construction Began – April 27, 2017 Substantial Completion – December 14, 2017 Final Inspection – December 18, 2017 As-Built and SJRWMD Certification Received – December 20, 2017 Platted – February 14, 2018 JEA Acceptance – February 26, 2018 Construction Accepted – April 18, 2018 Final Inspection at End of Maintenance Period – June 22, 2020 Engineering Services staff and Road Department staff have found the project to be acceptable per Ordinance 99-17. The roadways and infrastructure in Flora Parke 6B are dedicated to the County. The County will need to accept the roadways and infrastructure for maintenance.
