| | | | | | | | Background: | On July 27, 2020 (Tab C) the Board authorized a Public Hearing to consider an application submitted by John Ferrell Burkett to abandon the right of way as described in attached legal description and sketch. | Request: | Consideration of a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, abandoning a right-of-way located at the east end of Clements Road, Nassau County, Florida. | Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens: | N/A | Action Requested and Recommendation: | Consideration of the request to abandon a portion of Clements Road as presented in the attached map.
Staff recommends approval contingent upon receiving an executed maintenance agreement amongst the property owners, or a drainage easement dedicated to Nassau County.
