Background:

Nassau County was allocated funds from Florida Department of Emergency Management for CARES Act reimbursements.  The Board of County Commissioners approved the Nassau County CARES Expenditure plan on July 29, 2020.

In order to advance expenditures from Tier 2 of the CARES Act Spending Plan which was approved by the Board on August 12, 2020, a budget transfer is required.

Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the attached budget transfers from General Fund Reserves to advance expenditures from Tier 2 of the CARES Act Spending Plan as approved by the Board of County Commissioners on August 12, 2020.
