Staff recommends approval of SP20-008, A1A & I-95 Mini Storage and Retail, Preliminary Binding Site Plan with three conditions: 1) Planning: Provide FFE and location of hydrant on SEP. We did not see these added from Comment Round #2. 2) Fire / Rescue: Project will require fire sprinkler protection. 3) Engineering: Please provide the TIA report with the first Site Engineering Plan submittal.
