Background:
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has awarded the County the 2020 Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Grant in the amount of $177,236 that will be used by the Department of Emergency Management for the preparation, prevention and response efforts related to the coronavirus pandemic. The grant application was signed by the Chairman on June 24, 2020.
Request:
Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Program Acceptance of Federal Funding Assistance form, associated Budget Amendment and authorize staff to submit the acceptance electronically.

Authorize the Chairman to sign the Budget Amendment, the Acceptance of Federal Funding Assistance and authorize staff to submit the acceptance electronically on behalf of the Chairman.
