| | | | | | | | | Background: | Nassau County entered into a professional services agreement with Government Services Group (GSG) on June 24, 2020 to develop the Nassau County CARES Act Plan. The Board extended the agreement with GSG on July 29, 2020 from August 1 through August 15, 2020 and granted another extension on August 12, 2020 from August 16 through August 30.
During negotiations between Nassau County and GSG on August 18, 2020, it was determined that both parties wish to amend and extend the agreement for an additional four months beginning August 31, 2020 and ending December 30, 2020 in order to provide program management, program review, program monitoring services, and program closeout/wrap up.
