Background:
The Supervisor of Elections will be using the Commission Chambers from October 16th - November 3rd for the General Election. Staff respectfully requests the Board to determine whether they wish to cancel or reschedule the following regular meetings which would take place during those dates: Wednesday, October 21st at 9am Monday, October 26th at 6pm
Request:
Cancel or reschedule the Wednesday, October 21st and Monday, October 26th meetings due to the Supervisor of Elections utilizing the Chambers for the General Election.
