| | | | | | | | | Background: | The County Manager's Office was contacted by a Ms. Melita Hubbard regarding use of the Dee Dee Bartel Boat Ramp parking lot for overflow parking for a Juneteenth celebration taking place on June 18, 2021. The event will be a black-tie, after five event at the Fernandina Plaza located in Old Towne at 7154 San Fernando (Historic State Park). They are seeking permission to utilize the parking lot from 4:00-11:00 p.m. and will have a shuttle service taking individuals to/from the event. They have estimated that they will need space for approximately 60 vehicles.
Public Works Director, Doug Podiak, has reviewed their request.
