The District is contemplating the imposition of special assessments to fund the provision of water and wastewater utility improvements. | | Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens: | The American Beach Water and Sewer District was created to construct and maintain water and sewer lines for the residents of American Beach. The District serves a public purpose in all respects for the benefit of the residents of American Beach.
