Item Title:Approve and Execute Temporary Easement Agreement (Three Rivers Developers LLC)

Background:
The Board of County Commissioners is the owner of certain property located in Nassau County for which Three Rivers Developers, LLC is obligated to construct certain improvements on for a Community Park per the Development Agreement recorded in OR Book 2260, Page 452.  The Temporary Easement Agreement will grant Three Rivers a temporary easement to enter upon the property to conduct the work in accordance with the aforementioned Development Agreement. (CM2941)
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. 2941, a Temporary Easement Agreement with Three Rivers, LLC, and Three Rivers Community Development District.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:

The Temporary Easement Agreement will allow the Developer to access the described property (owned by Nassau County) for the purpose of constructing certain improvements on the property for a Community Park, which, when complete, will be open and available to all citizens of Nassau County for their use and enjoyment.

Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. 2941, a Temporary Easement Agreement with Three Rivers, LLC, and Three Rivers Community Development District.
