Items included in the finance package are:

  • Budget Amendments amending the FY20/21 budget for funds received related to the SAFER Grant which will fund three (3) firefighter positions in the General fund and six (6) firefighter positions in the Municipal Service fund.
  • Budget Amendment in the Municipal Service Fund for donations received by Animal Services to assist with Veterinary Services and Medical Supplies.
  • Budget Amendment in the General Fund through the CARES Act in the amount of $148,675 to provide assistance with rental and mortgage payments.
  • Budget Transfer from Reserves to the Tax Collector for repairs/replacements needed two cooling units in the server room at the James S. Page Building.  The cooling units are nearing their full life cycle and have been recommended for replacement in a timely manner.  The cooling units protect the server room that houses the "network servers" and are considered critical infrastructure.
  • Deletion from Inventory Forms to remove outdated equipment from BOCC inventory.
